$89 Monthly Management Fee Includes:

  • Experienced and professional property management staff.
  • Rent collection and disbursement to owners via mail or direct deposit to your account.
  • Monthly income/expense statements.
  • End of year income/expense statements.
  • Responding to tenant calls/requests for maintenance.
  • Coordination and handling of any emergencies and needed maintenance on the property.

Leasing/Tenant Finding Includes:

  • Aggressive leasing which includes a credit, eviction, criminal, rental and job history background investigation.
  • Innovative and aggressive marketing and advertising on our local MLS, Realtor.com, Rentals.com, Craigslist, Move.com, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Licensed real estate agents coordinating and showing the property.

Other Services Include:

  • Comparative market analysis (CMA) to help measure investment performance and provide information and advice for new investment opportunities.
  • Insurance claim supervision and advisory services.
  • Optional maintenance department to ensure your investments are well taken care of typically at lower costs.
